UPDATE: New T-Hangars “Building 52” to start construction March 2024

Ardurra, the engineering firm that is serving as the Project Manager for the construction of the new T-Hangars, has stated that construction should begin by March. If so, completion of the project is expected to be in June. The project was delayed a bit due to the added requirement of securing City of Ephrata approval to extend an existing water main along Airport St about 600 feet to the access road leading to the hangar site. The purpose of the extension is to place a fire hydrant near the hangars to meet Fire Code requirements.
