Jet-A Fuel Tank coming to KEPH

The Port has contracted with Precision Approach Engineering, Bellingham, WA , to serve as the Project Manager in the installation of a 15,000 gallon Jet-A Fuel Tank at KEPH.  The tank will be located next to the existing Avgas tank near the Terminal Building.  Fuel will be dispensed via a truck that will have a 5,000 gallon tank to better serve the needs of the turbine traffic.  Demand for Jet-A has increased to the point that the Port felt it was a good investment and necessary to help stimulate future growth of the airport.   Mascot Equipment Company, Portland, OR, won the bid to supply the tank which is scheduled for delivery and installation by April 2024.
