Tyler Chase Elected Port Commissioner

On November 4th, 2025, Tyler Chase was elected to fill one of the three Board of Commissioner positions (i.e. #1), the only position up for election this cycle.  Shelly Rivard-Detrick (i.e. #2) and Nicholas Moore (i.e. #3) round out the commission roster.  Mary Rathbone, the current position #1 commissioner, will leave the Board on December 31st, 2025.  Commissioner Rathbone chose not to run for election.  She was appointed by the Board to be commissioner in October 2023 after former Commissioner George Sisson resigned his position.  Tyler Chase’s first commissioner meeting is scheduled for January 5th, 2026.
